Bank of Baroda Appoints New Senior Management Personnel

Bank of Baroda has announced changes in its senior management team, appointing Mr. GROVER SANJAY KUMAR and Mr. MANDVA NAGA SUBRAHMANYAM to key positions. Mr. Grover has been appointed as HEAD, RETAIL LIABILITIES & NRI BUSINESS, BCC, MUMBAI, and Mr. Subrahmanyam as GM, RETAIL LIABILITIES & NRI BUSINESS, BCC, MUMBAI. Both appointments are effective with orders dated 13.08.2026. Mr. Grover brings over 33 years of experience and holds a Master's degree in Economics & CAIIB. Mr. Subrahmanyam has over 30 years of experience and holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Diploma in International Banking & Finance. These changes are in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
