Bank of India to hold non-deal roadshow for EMTN fundraising

Bank of India has announced its participation in a non-deal roadshow to engage with prospective institutional investors for fundraising through its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) Program. The roadshow is scheduled to take place in Hong Kong from September 9-10, 2026, followed by Singapore on September 10, 2026, and London from September 14-16, 2026. The bank will be referring to publicly available documents only and will not share any unpublished price-sensitive information during these meetings. Investor presentations will be shared in due course.
