Bank of India has appointed Shri Vineet Srivastava as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Shri B. Kumar. Mr. Srivastava, aged 56, assumed his new role today. He joined the bank in 2005 and has over 20 years of service, holding various positions including Senior Manager at the Head Office Finance Department, and previously heading the Bhopal Zonal Audit Office. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate with extensive experience in finance and banking operations.

Bank of India announced its Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme to raise foreign currency funds. The bank plans to raise up to USD 1.00 billion through this programme, which will be executed in multiple tranches by December 31, 2026. The funds will be raised via 3/5 year USD Bonds. The board meeting where this approval was granted commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 4:00 PM on August 14, 2026.

Bank of India announced the appointment of Shri Raj Kumar Sharma as a Part-Time Non-Official Director on its Board. The nomination, made by the Central Government, is effective from August 12, 2026, for a period of three years or until further orders. Shri Sharma, aged 59, brings extensive experience in Company Law and related matters, holding a Law degree, a B.Com (Management), and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has served in leadership roles within professional bodies and has a background in tax law and corporate governance.

Shri Sharma, aged 59, holds a Law degree and a B.Com (Management), and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He brings extensive experience in Company Law and related matters, having been a practicing Company Secretary since 1997. His past roles include Chairman of the North-East Chapter of ICSI and Secretary of the Tax Bar Association, Assam.

Bank of India has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the establishment of a Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme. This programme aims to raise foreign currency funds up to USD 1.00 billion through multiple tranches until December 31, 2026. The issuance of bonds under this programme will be facilitated through the bank's GIFT City Branch, utilizing 3/5 year USD Bonds. This strategic move is intended to bolster the bank's foreign currency funding capabilities.

Bank of India has announced changes in the functional assignments of its senior management. Shri B. Kumar, previously the Chief Finance Officer, will now be CGM overseeing Finance, Resource Mobilisation, Customer Excellence Branch Banking, Publicity, Wealth Management, Marketing, TPP, and Government Business. Shri Vikash Krishna, formerly CGM in charge of HR, L&D, Finance, Planning, BPR & EASE, will now be CGM - HO- Human Resources, Learning & Development, Planning, Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) & EASE. These changes are in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.

Bank of India announced revisions to its Marginal Cost of Funds based Lending Rate (MCLR) and Fixed Rate Spread (FRS), effective August 1, 2026. The Repo Based Lending Rate (RBLR) remains unchanged. The MCLR saw minor adjustments across various tenors, with the 3-month MCLR increasing to 8.35% and the 1-year MCLR to 8.80%. The Fixed Rate Spread also saw changes for tenors ranging from 1 year to above 5 years. These changes were decided at the bank's ALCO meeting and are in compliance with SEBI regulations.

Bank of India announced its unaudited (reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
