BEML Land Assets Appoints Mrs. Shaharban Mathil as Independent Director

BEML Land Assets Limited has announced the appointment of Mrs. Shaharban Mathil as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its Board. The appointment, made by the President of India, is effective from August 12, 2026, for a term of three years. Mrs. Mathil brings over 7 years of experience in aviation ground operations, complemented by extensive involvement in social service, public relations, and community development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and a course in Aviation Management. She is currently a Non-Official Member of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Mrs. Mathil is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
