BF Utilities Appoints Kirtane & Pandit LLP as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

BF Utilities Ltd has announced the appointment of Kirtane & Pandit LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment follows the retirement of the current auditors, G. D. Apte & Co., who have completed their first term and are not seeking reappointment due to pre-occupancies. The Board of Directors approved this appointment based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company also disclosed its Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting total expenses of ₹22,608.64 Lakhs for the quarter and ₹49,433 Lakhs for the year. Additionally, Mr. B. S. Mitkari was re-appointed as a Director, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.
