BGR Energy Board Approves Promoter Re-classification Application

BGR Energy Systems Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the submission of an application to the stock exchanges for the re-classification of Mr. S K Sridhar from the 'promoter' category to 'public' shareholder. This follows an earlier intimation regarding Mr. Sridhar's request. The re-classification is subject to the receipt of a No Objection Certificate from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Sridhar has confirmed compliance with the specified conditions for re-classification.
