BGR Energy Appoints Harish Gupta as President - Finance & Strategy

BGR Energy Systems Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Harish Gupta as President – Finance and Strategy, effective October 26, 2026. This appointment is part of a broader board meeting where Mr. Ram Naresh Singh Tomar was also approved as an Additional Director (Whole-Time Director) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company's authorized share capital is proposed to be increased from ₹200 crore to ₹400 crore, pending shareholder consent. Mr. Gupta brings over 30 years of experience in the energy, steel, and manufacturing sectors, being a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
