BGR Energy Appoints Ram Naresh Singh Tomar as Whole-Time Director

BGR Energy Systems Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ram Naresh Singh Tomar as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-Time Director for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment is effective from October 26, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Harish Gupta as President – Finance and Strategy and an increase in authorized share capital from ₹200 Crore to ₹400 Crore, both subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Tomar brings expertise in Procurement & Contracts and Project Management, while Mr. Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience.
