Bharti Airtel Ltd has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, "Airtel Global IFSC Limited," in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India. The subsidiary, incorporated on June 15, 2026, has an initial authorized and paid-up share capital of INR 20,000,000. It is established as a Finance Company to manage Global Corporate Treasury Centre and other permissible activities under the International Financial Services Centres Authority framework. The incorporation involved an initial cash subscription of INR 20,000,000.
