String Metaverse Appoints New Chairman, Two Directors Resign

String Metaverse Limited (formerly Bio Green Papers Limited) announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 2, 2026. Mr. Ghanshyam Das resigned as Chairman & Director, and Mr. Arvind Jadhav resigned as Independent Director. The company appointed Dr. Sethurathnam Ravi as the new Chairman and a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was also reconstituted. Dr. Ravi brings extensive experience in finance and has held board positions in various prominent companies.
