Blue Chip India Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 3 Years

Blue Chip India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Suprabhat & Co. as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of three consecutive financial years. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board meeting also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of Ms. Asha Pal as CFO, Ms. Iranee Tripathy as Additional Director, and Mr. Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor. The reappointment of Mr. Arihant Jain as Managing Director was also approved.
