Blue Cloud Softech Launches India's First AI Multilingual FIR Recorder

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has successfully developed and deployed 'AI-CopWriter', India's first AI-powered multilingual complaint-recording application, in collaboration with the IT Cell of Hyderabad City Police. Launched by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, the application allows citizens to record complaints in their native language, which are then transcribed and translated into a First Information Report (FIR) draft in seconds across ten Indian languages. This innovation aims to ensure equal access to justice, expedite the FIR filing process, improve investigation quality through verbatim statement capture, and enhance record integrity with tamper-evident PDFs. The technology is expected to be rolled out across Hyderabad's police stations and serves as a template for public services nationwide.
