Borana Weaves Approves Financial Results and Project Expansion

Borana Weaves Ltd's Board of Directors met on November 2, 2026, approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The board also approved an expansion plan for Unit 4, involving the installation of 192 additional Water Jet Looms, bringing the total planned addition to 384 looms, with commercial production targeted by March 2027. Funding for this expansion will come from internal accruals and debt.
