Borana Weaves Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Rules

Borana Weaves Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This closure is in preparation for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ending June 30, 2026. The window will be shut for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared.
