BSEL Algo Ltd, formerly known as BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd, announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at 1,039.21 Lakhs for the quarter and 2,028.45 Lakhs for the nine months period. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on February 14, 2026. The company has shifted its major income from Algo Trading Gains and API Sales to Main Revenue Income from Financial Year 2023-24 as per Accounting Policy AS-1 and AS-5. The company has adopted Ind AS from 31.03.2017.
