BSL Ltd has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 04:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted exclusively through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM), with the registered office serving as the deemed venue. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for e-voting is Thursday, August 25, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from Friday, August 28, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026, facilitated by NSDL. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 26 to September 1, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM.
