BSL Ltd has announced that its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 04:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted exclusively through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM), with the registered office in Mandpam, Rajasthan, deemed as the venue. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for voting is August 25, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from August 28 to August 31, 2026, facilitated by NSDL. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 26 to September 1, 2026, inclusive.
