BSL Ltd has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST exclusively through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The registered office will be considered the venue. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for e-voting is Thursday, August 25, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from August 28 to August 31, 2026, facilitated by NSDL. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 26 to September 1, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM.
