Camlin Fine Sciences Appoints Atul Pradhan as Independent Director

Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Atul Pradhan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from September 11, 2026, for an initial term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pradhan brings extensive experience in corporate advisory, management consulting (formerly with KPMG India), and board governance across various sectors. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
