Globus Constructors Appoints Devesh Bhargava, Accepts Nair's Resignation

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 29, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Devesh Bhargava as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to member approval. Mr. Bhargava, an IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and investment banking, will hold office until regularization. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair from the position of Independent Director, effective October 30, 2026, due to personal reasons and other professional commitments.
