Campus Activewear Appoints Rakesh Thakur as CFO & KMP

Campus Activewear Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Thakur as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective August 17, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this appointment based on recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Thakur brings over 22 years of experience, including his previous role as Group CFO at Imagine Marketing Limited (boAt), and has held senior positions at Hindustan Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Samsung India, and PepsiCo. The company also authorized several KMPs to determine the materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
