Campus Activewear CFO Resigns Effective July 7, 2026

Campus Activewear Limited announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Mr. Sanjay Chhabra. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on July 7, 2026. Mr. Chhabra will also cease to be the Chief Risk Officer. The company cited personal reasons for his departure. Campus Activewear is in the process of appointing a new CFO and will communicate the same to the stock exchanges in due course. The resignation was formally submitted by Mr. Chhabra, requesting to be relieved by July 7, 2026.
