Capri Global Board Re-appoints 2 Independent Directors, Director, CRO

The Board of Directors of Capri Global Capital Ltd, in a meeting on June 16, 2026, approved several key re-appointments. Mr. Rajesh Sharma was re-appointed as a Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Dr. Nupur Mukherjee and Mr. Shishir Priyadarshi were re-appointed as Independent Directors for second terms of three and five consecutive years, respectively, effective January 27, 2027, also pending shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Furthermore, Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava was re-appointed as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Company for a three-year period commencing from October 31, 2026.
