Venkatesh Rajagopal & Others Acquire 33.15% Stake in Celebrity Fashions Ltd Through Preferential Allotment

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal, Mrs. Rama Rajagopal, and Mr. Vidyuth Rajagopal have acquired a significant stake in Celebrity Fashions Limited. The acquisition was made through a preferential allotment of equity shares on March 21, 2026. The total shares acquired amount to 2,13,98,477, which is 33.15% of the total equity shares of the company. This acquisition will result in a change in the equity share capital and total voting capital of the company.
