Century Enka Appoints Singhi & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Century Enka Ltd's Board has approved the appointment of M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming 60th Annual General Meeting. The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 60th AGM until the conclusion of the 65th AGM, covering FY2026-27 to FY2030-31. Additionally, Mr. Suresh Sodani has been redesignated as Managing Director and CEO, with no changes to his existing terms. The Board also recommended a dividend of 110% (₹11 per share) for FY26.
