Century Enka Signs PPA for 9.9 MW Hybrid Power Plant

Century Enka Limited has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with ABREL Century Energy Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), to set up a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant. This plant will supply power under a captive consumption mechanism to one of Century Enka's facilities in Bhosari, Pune. The company is required to hold a minimum of 26% equity in the power producer to qualify as a captive user. The project has a scheduled commissioning date of June 30, 2026, with a three-month grace period. The transaction falls within related party transactions but is conducted at arm's length.
