Century Enka Redesignates Suresh Sodani as MD & CEO

Century Enka Ltd. has redesignated Mr. Suresh Sodani, the current Managing Director, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the company. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with no changes to the existing terms and conditions of his appointment. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, appointed M/s. Singhi & Co. as statutory auditors, and recommended a dividend of 110% (₹11 per share).
