Century Enka Signs 9.9 MW Hybrid Power Plant PPA

Century Enka Limited has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with ABREL Century Energy Limited (ABRELCEL), a Special Purpose Vehicle, for a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant. This plant will supply power under a captive consumption mechanism to one of the company's facilities in Bhosari, Pune. The scheduled commissioning date has been corrected to June 30, 2027, with a three-month grace period. The transaction falls under related party transactions but is conducted at arm's length.
