Chandra Prabhu Appoints Vatsal Jain as CEO

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd has appointed Mr. Vatsal Jain as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on September 16, 2026. Mr. Jain's appointment fills a vacancy that has existed for the past year and aims to provide support to the Managing Director in overseeing daily operations. His qualifications include an MSc in Management from Georgetown University and a BBA in Finance from NMIMS, along with being a CFA candidate. He brings prior experience in investment banking and has previously worked with Chandra Prabhu International as a Strategy Analyst and Head of Strategy (Agri Division). His appointment is for a term of 5 years.
