Chandra Prabhu International Appoints Vatsal Jain as CEO

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd has appointed Mr. Vatsal Jain as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on September 16, 2026. Mr. Jain's appointment fills a vacancy that has existed since last year and aims to provide support to the Managing Director in overseeing daily operations. His qualifications include an MSc in Management from Georgetown University and a BBA in Finance from NMIMS, along with CFA Level III completion. He brings experience from Zanskar Advisors Private Limited and prior roles within Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. His term of appointment is for 5 years.
