Chandrima Mercantiles: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed, Committees Reconstituted

Chandrima Mercantiles Ltd announced significant board changes following a meeting on August 12, 2026. Mr. Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar resigned as Non-Executive and Independent Director. Ms. Neha Singhal was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
