Centuple Global EGM held, approves director appointments & auditor

Centuple Global Ltd held its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 18, 2026, via video conferencing. Chaired by Mr. Shubham Chaudhary, the meeting considered three key resolutions. Members approved the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Kaushik and Mr. Ashish Jain as Non-Executive Independent Directors through Special Resolutions. Additionally, the appointment of M/S.
