Chembond Chemicals Declares ₹1.25 Dividend

Chembond Chemicals Ltd's board declared a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (25% on face value of ₹5) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on record as of July 24, 2026. The board also approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2026.
