Choice International Completes Acquisition of Choice Proptech Solutions

Choice International Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% stake in Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited (CPSPL). The acquisition involved 10,000 equity shares at a consideration of ₹6,22,20,000. CPSPL, previously a step-down subsidiary, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice International Ltd. This move is part of an internal group restructuring aimed at simplifying the corporate structure and enhancing operational efficiency. The transaction was conducted on an arm's length basis and approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. CPSPL's turnover was ₹245.57 lakhs and net worth was ₹137.43 lakhs as of March 31, 2026.
