Cholamandalam Financial Holdings: CFO N Ganesh Resigns, Shyam Shankar Appointed

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. N Ganesh as CFO, effective June 14, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Shyam Shankar as the new CFO, effective June 15, 2026. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.30 per equity share (130%) for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 14, 2026. The record date for the dividend is August 7, 2026. Mr. Shyam Shankar has also been appointed as the Manager of the Company for a period of five years with effect from June 15, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
