Cholamandalam Inv converts ₹20,000 Cr CCDs to 13.54 Lakh Equity Shares

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has announced the conversion of 20,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000/- each into 13,54,940 equity shares. The conversion took place following an application from a CCD holder during the optional conversion window. The conversion price was set at ₹1476.08 per equity share, representing a 16.50% discount to the seven-day volume-weighted average price preceding July 1, 2026. The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and will be listed on BSE and NSE. This conversion has resulted in a slight increase in the company's issued and paid-up capital.
