Jigneshbhai Bhupatbhai Rajpara has disclosed the gifting of 2,88,261 equity shares of Callista Industries Limited, each with a face value of Rs. 10, through an off-market transaction. This disposal represents 3.01% of the total share capital and 0.96% of the diluted capital. Following the gift, Rajpara's holding in the company has reduced to 1,00,000 equity shares, accounting for 1.05% of the total share capital and 0.33% of the diluted capital.
