Cipla Appoints Dinesh Jain as Global CFO, Ashish Adukia Transitions

Cipla Ltd announced a significant change in its finance leadership following a Board meeting held on July 23, 2026. Mr. Ashish Adukia has transitioned from his role as Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) to an internal business leadership role, effective close of business hours on July 23, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Dinesh Jain, currently Chief – Corporate Finance, has been appointed as the new Global CFO and KMP, effective July 24, 2026. Mr. Jain brings over three decades of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, and business valuation.
