
Cipla Licenses HER2 ADC Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan from SBP Group
Cipla Limited has entered into an exclusive license and supply agreement with Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (SBP Group) for Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan (TQB2102), a potential best-in-class HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). This collaboration grants Cipla exclusive rights to develop and commercialize TQB2102 in India, South Africa, and five other emerging markets. Cipla will manage local clinical development, regulatory affairs, and commercialization, while SBP Group's subsidiary, CTTQ, will handle manufacturing and supply. TQB2102 is being evaluated for HER2-expressing cancers, including HER2-low advanced breast cancer, and has received Breakthrough Therapy Designations in China. The partnership aims to accelerate development and patient access to this innovative oncology therapy in the licensed territories.
