Cipla Ltd: CFO Ashish Adukia transitions, Dinesh Jain appointed

Cipla Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer role. Mr. Ashish Adukia, the Global Chief Financial Officer, will transition to an internal business leadership role, relinquishing his CFO position and KMP status effective close of business on July 23, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Dinesh Jain, currently Chief – Corporate Finance, has been appointed as the new Global Chief Financial Officer and KMP, effective July 24, 2026. Mr. Jain brings over three decades of experience in strategic planning and corporate finance.
