Citi Port Appoints Narendra Babu Gutta as Independent Director

Citi Port Financial Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Narendra Babu Gutta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment is effective August 22, 2026. Mr. Gutta, aged 65, holds an M.A. in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. He brings extensive experience in management, administration, and human resources from his service in the Indian Air Force and various organizations. The Board believes his qualifications will add operational diversity and support strategic risk management and compliance.
