Classic Filaments to Acquire Procasts Engineering, Solven Power

The Board of Directors of Classic Filaments Limited has approved the acquisition of Procasts Engineering Private Limited and Solven Power Systems Private Limited. Additionally, the board approved several other key decisions, including the recommendation for the appointment and regularization of directors, adoption of constitutional documents, issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis, increase in authorized share capital and borrowing limits, alteration of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association, and opening a new division in the Information Technologies sector. The board also approved calling an Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
