Clio Infotech Board Approves Q4/FY26 Audited Results, Appoints CEO & Internal Auditor

Clio Infotech Ltd's Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 18, 2026, approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/S KPSJ & Associates LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/S Mohit Kumar Agarwal & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and Mr. Nakul Maheshwari as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.
