CMS Info Systems Fixes Sep 14 Cut-off for Final Dividend

CMS Info Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has fixed Monday, September 14, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine entitlement for the final dividend. This dividend, along with an interim dividend of ₹2.75 per share, will be proposed for approval at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The final dividend proposed is ₹2.50 per fully paid-up equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
