Coal India OFS: Oversubscription Option Exercised

The President of India, acting as the promoter of Coal India Ltd, has exercised the oversubscription option for the Offer for Sale (OFS) of shares. An additional 61,627,283 Equity Shares, representing 1.00% of the total paid-up equity share capital, will be offered. This is in addition to the base offer size of 61,627,283 Equity Shares. The total offer size now stands at 123,254,566 Equity Shares, representing 2.00% of the company's equity. 10% of the offer is reserved for the Retail Category on May 29, 2026. Up to 25,000 Equity Shares are also offered to eligible employees.
