Constronics Infra: ₹8.27 Cr Forfeited as 30 Lakh Warrants Lapse

Constronics Infra Ltd announced the lapse of 30,09,899 convertible warrants, initially allotted on November 4, 2024, at ₹110 per warrant. The allottees failed to exercise their conversion option by the deadline of May 4, 2026, resulting in the forfeiture of ₹8.27 crores, which represents 25% of the initial subscription amount. The warrants were issued to 18 allottees on a preferential basis. The forfeiture is in accordance with Regulation 169(3) of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. There is no change in the paid-up equity share capital of the company pursuant to the lapse of warrants.
