ICICI Prudential AMC Increases CONCOR Stake to Over 5%

Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has received a disclosure from ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, stating that the ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 44,06,207 shares of CONCOR on June 30, 2026. This acquisition has resulted in the Fund's shareholding exceeding 5% of CONCOR's paid-up capital. The acquisition is from an investment perspective, not for seeking control. The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.
