Cords Cable Wins CGST Appeal, ₹45.9 Lakh Demand Set Aside

Cords Cable Industries Ltd has received an Order-in-Appeal from the Commissioner (Appeals), CGST, Jaipur, allowing its appeal and setting aside an Order-in-Original. The original order had confirmed demands of ₹45,91,987 and ₹4,823, along with penalties and interest, concerning input tax credit for FY 2020-21. The company will also seek a refund of the pre-deposit amount. Cords Cable stated there is no material impact on its financial or operational activities.
