Kobo Biotech: NCLT Appoints Rajat Mukherjee as Monitoring Committee Chairman

Kobo Biotech Ltd has announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench-I, has appointed Mr. Rajat Mukherjee as the Chairman of the Monitoring Committee. This appointment is in place of Ms. Namrata Amol Randeri, the Resolution Professional, who had resigned. The NCLT's order, dated 6 October 2026, noted that the proposed appointment had already received approval from the erstwhile Committee of Creditors and that all statutory requirements were met. The application was filed by JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited.
