Kobo Biotech: Resolution Plan Implementation Delayed Beyond Deadline

Kobo Biotech Ltd has announced a delay in the implementation of its approved Resolution Plan. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, had approved the plan on May 11, 2026, with a 60-day completion deadline of July 10, 2026. However, the Successful Resolution Applicant, Beaufond Industries Limited, has not yet completed the implementation as per the stipulated timelines. A meeting of the Monitoring Committee is scheduled to discuss the current status and decide on further actions. The company will inform the stock exchange of any material developments.
